RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Any classroom-based courses must be cancelled before 14 days of the course start date. Non attendance without cancellation will result in 100% of the course fee charged. If a medical certificate can be provided, the course then can be transferable to a new date. Ruhai Training Academy is under no obligation to refund any fees paid. Any other refunds will be at the discretion of Ruhai Training Academy.

 If for any reason your are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return your item for a refund on your producs purchased, please contact us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it. Please note that we offer refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if you request for a refund or exchange after this time, you will not be offered a refund or exchange.

PRIVACY POLICY

All bookings are an agreement between Ruhai Training Academy and yourself. These terms and conditions apply to purchasing online courses and classroom courses. Course places are allocated on a first come first serve basis. We do not hold your payment details or any other personal details other than the minimum required to process your order including address information. 

We do not share any of your details with 3rd parties. Certificates are issued in the name provided when booking the course.

We are committed to protecting any personal information we have about you. We will always give you an option to opt out of receiving marketing communication from us. We will not share your data, nor will we sell your data to any 3rd party, but we do work closely with selected partners in order to offer you the best products and services. 

We will only collect and process information that is necessary for the purpose for which it has been collected. You can withdraw consent at any time to unsubscribe.
